1 in 4 people will experience a mental health problem of some kind each year in England [1]

We at ShepTech are dedicated to helping the mental health crisis in any way that we can.

To begin with we donate a percentage of our profits each year to a range of charities and charitable causes and we work closely with these charities and others to achieve our shared goals.

Secondly we aim to inject £4.8 Billion into the UK mental health sector over the next decade to decrease waiting times, improve mental health services, build new mental health facilities and to undertake psychological and medical trials in an attempt to fix the broken UK mental health system.

All of our employees are able to take all the mental health days that they need and they can choose to work from home if they are finding it difficult to come into the office.

They also have access to the professional mental health help that they might need all provided for by ShepTech.

There is not a more productive workforce that a mentally strong workforce.
